You are not relegated to bystander status, simply accepting sales figures from a supplier. With our Triple Check Audit Program you have access to three different sources of sales figures. We want you to have 100% faith in our dedication to your business venture.
You receive an email copy of each order!
Just tell us where to send it. Just as we receive an email of each order, so will you. These emails are produced by the payment processor - Mal's Ecommerce - and are sent automatically as soon as the orders are processed. (For security reasons, they contain no payment details, just name, address and order details.)
We also give you the password to the payment processor website!
While you will not see any confidential credit card information, you will have full access to the order records. For security reasons, the actual card details are not available, but all order details are available for viewing or down-loading. In addition, a down-loading program that saves the data as an Excel spreadsheet is available at no charge.
One additional, optional check!
Finally, we can use what is referred to as "Affiliate Tracking" software to track your site's sales and automatically compute your commissions. This is a seperate program, at a different web address than the processing site referred to above. We will supply you with the password to enter this site so you can review or download the sales figures whenever you see fit. This third step is not required, since you will have full access to the order processing site, but it is available if you want to implement it.
