• We normally ship by UPS Ground.
• Orders to Post Office Boxes are shipped by United States Postal Service Parcel Post.
• Rush orders can be sent by DHL Express.

• UPS Ground only covers the 48 Continental United States.
• For orders to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands we ship via USPS Priority Mail.
• Priority Mail has a much better tracking procedure than Parcel Post.

Wherever possible we suggest using UPS Ground.

If your customer has a PO Box and a street address, even if it is their work address, we suggest using the street address and UPS. Not only is the cost less, but the package tracking of UPS is far superior to that of the USPS. Further, USPS requires that 30 days go by before a claim can be filed.

Orders up to $ 50.00 your cost - $ 7.00.
Orders over $ 50.00 your cost - 15% of the order total.
Orders over $ 700.00 your cost - 10% of the order total.

USPS Parcel Post
Orders up to $ 50.00 your cost - $ 10.00.
Orders over $ 50.00 your cost - 17% of the order total.

DHL Rush Shipping - 2 to 4 days delivery
Orders up to $ 40.00 - $ 20.00
Orders over $ 40.00 - 50% of the order total

USPS Priority Mail to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands
Orders up to $ 40.00 - $ 20.00
Orders over $ 40.00 - 55% of the order total

NOTE - Orders with a total over $ 700.00 shipped by UPS Ground will be eligible for the reduced shipping rate of 10%.
